we're so excited to spend the fall with you scoping out the akiya for our first community home, working on renovation projects, and getting to know you :)

we're looking forward to many conversations around the dining table, road trips, and being able to share time space IRL to build out this project together.

The Nagano residency will be in the Red House, a co-owned property in Nojiri from October 1st - October 31st. The house has a capacity for 3-4 people with a max capacity of 6.

During the 2nd week of the residency, we found a target house in Komoro, and will start renting in Komoro in a nearby property starting on November 1st.
