Location / Geography Considerations

  1. Shinkansen is very very accessible for travel, and basically is what local japanese use to travel long distances between cities (prob even more widely used than flights)
  2. Major factors would be nature, wifi, distance to interesting city, weather/climate, culture
    1. Also regional weather (ie if we are relying on solar panels for energy + doing victory garden setups), would be necessary to plan this accordingly
    2. Also keep in mind earthquakes, tsunami proximation, etc etc for potential capex damage
