Location / Geography Considerations
- Shinkansen is very very accessible for travel, and basically is what local japanese use to travel long distances between cities (prob even more widely used than flights)
- Major factors would be nature, wifi, distance to interesting city, weather/climate, culture
- Also regional weather (ie if we are relying on solar panels for energy + doing victory garden setups), would be necessary to plan this accordingly
- Also keep in mind earthquakes, tsunami proximation, etc etc for potential capex damage
