participatory art piece linking multiple properties under the akiya network with each other into a route. currently we have 6 houses in komoro, nagano prefecture (and other satellite houses in other regions in japan: osaka, kurohime / myoko, okinawa, fukuoka, tokyo, nagano city).
the participatory art installation is: "help this frog (Kaeru-chan) achieve its dream by helping him travel across japan! he can't do it without your help". basically different people will be responsible for bringing the frog to different satellite houses / networks, like a pass the torch. only one person can bring the frog on each leg (between houses). when the frog is departing each house, its steward can write on the website their name, so the webapp can update to "kaeru-chan is now with " as the status of the frog. when it is safely at the next house, the steward's name gets added to a log / list of " transported/brought/carried [change this to a delightful / fun verb every time] kaeru-chan from _(starting location) to (ending location)"
i want this to be a webapp (people can visit the page and see where the frog is / where it has gone), and if someone is a steward of the frog, i want them to be able to upload photos of the frog to the page as well. the frog should also have location data tracking, like an airtag. the location between houses should be a radius, not the exact location
kaeru also means "to return home" in japanaese so also include a small snippet about this and how it relates to the art installation
help me create a project brief for this, and also tell me what kind of hardware i need to order in order to prototype something like this (ie geolocation tracker for frog that doesn't require a lot of charging / battery life - if its circular, maybe it can be designed as a lillypad), some kind of scanning (nfc or rfid inside of it, but also authenticates / "boops" for every satellite home that we also might need a reader for)
in addition to the project brief, give me a step-by-step list to outline exactly how Claude code should interpret this to create the webapp version
