M: 20-21 is not confirmed, will figure that out next week and they will contact Masahiko

Q: What do we need to prep for installation/pre-installation?

M: Now, probably Roji/Logi or somebody, Takase maybe?, some contractor doing toilets, what kind of toilets/floors, should get them in a meeting and figure that out (contact: Ozaki?)

Q: Logi was introduced by Seiken Renovation?

M: Logi is in charge of actual construction for toilet/toilet area pipes/floor, septic tank is different company.

M: Logi does not need to be present for septic tank installation. Can start dismantling toilet before, can install pipes after, these processes can be done in parallel. Masahiko has spoken to Logi's Ozaki, and Ozaki is very capable/smooth and will be able to help keep things smooth. Fudo (company doing septic tank) was introduced by a real estate broker, but is a bit slow-moving and a bit hard to motivate.

Q: How confident that septic tank will be installed at the end of the month? I know Fudo has delayed things a bit.

M: My sense is that it may not be totally finished, hard to say, but 80% should be done by end of month. If you start it up, it should only take a week. Because this was an introduction from the real estate company, local relations would get worse if changing horses this late in the game
