we're so excited to spend the summer with you renovating the house, being a part of local initiatives, and getting to know you :)

we're looking forward to many conversations around the dining table, roadtrips, and being able to share time space IRL to build out this project together

[ ] make sure you have edit access to this Notion
this is where we will be coordinating most of the persistent knowledge (house inventory, ritual brainstorming, residency project progress, daily collective journals, etc)

if you’re staying with us, please verify your days as check-in to check-out (not just the nights you are sleeping in komoro)
if you have a change to your dates, please contact michelle to confirm
let michelle know the day before you get here, your rough ETA at komoro station (if you’d like to get picked up at the station) or the house if you are driving

if you’re staying with us, it’s $50 / week for house shared utils, and an optional $75 / week for food
- if you’re staying daily, it’s $10 / day for house utils, and an optional $15 / day for food
- for food expenses, this does not include eating out for dinner + other purchases for only individual use
