Goals

[x] create doc for house (overview, how to get there, photos, walkthrough, shared rituals, accessible treasury)
- [x] house governance: Izu House Rules
- [ ] codify residency process (from start to end → interviews to execution)

- [x] attend at least 2 neighborhood / community events (1 x month)
- [x] meet with person in charge of revitalization initiatives
[x] work on 1 mini renovation project at the house
- chat with watantabe-san about what is possible / what makes sense: garden project, or meditation / tea nook
