Take the bills that arrive in the post and bring them to 7-Eleven, pay for them at the cashier. You will have to pay in cash.

Check receipts with persona card (ending in 4506) and put in Ziploc bag, others leave on the side.

Check the trash calendar and bring out the right trash at 6am-8am to the little pedestal across the street.
- More trash can be brought to “Clean Hill Komoro” for a fee. Make sure it’s in burnable bags and drive it to the place. They will ask you for a residency permit and fill out a specific document (see image).

Weekly check-ins
- Document completed work.
- Share on the weekly call with the community, in the #dojo voice channel
Weekly cleaning
- Dig a hole in the garden, put compost inside, crush it, mix it with soil
- Clean individual rooms
- Clean bathrooms, refill soap and restock toilet paper
- Clean the living room, vacuum all floors
- Clean kitchen - sink, surfaces, fridge, tops of trashcans
- Take out trash and restock appropriate trash bags. Tie together cardboard
- Clean windows
Activity planning
- Start each sprint/segment of work with a session to understand and agree on everyone's core skills and competencies. This will reduce misunderstandings, simplify application of the right skills to tasks and make the overall collaboration more delightful.
- Ensure consistent progress with the planned tasks for the sprint. Consider the overall goals of the sprint when prioritising work. 2-4h per day is a good reference point to reach weekly 15-20h.
