on intergenerational communities: parents / children / elderly / disabled, if you look at tribes, a lot of the elderly + children have more support (from each other). integration is key to help each other
important differentiation factors: “do i want to spend time in this place?” no one set way. large common denominator - people have ability to chill together: community chillability do we share culture or a vision for a new culture?
