     • like a retreat for exploring/discovering a new way of life
   • Unless you grow up in SF or are fairly ND, it’s unlikely you’re going to stay dramatically far from the prescribed life path. We offer a welcoming space for anyone to come and explore freely
7. community / retreat organizers (depends on if we want to monetize this way)
8. investors, financial supporters

Logistically, we'd need:

• someone on the ground in Japan who understands real estate
• connections with the local gov't to ensure we can do whatever there
• scout widely to find a location near-ish to a city/airport (within 2 hours)
• someone who understands Japanese taxes
• connections with a local remodeling firm to fix up the houses
• at least 2-3 Japanese citizens willing/able to live there full-time for at least 3-5 years
• Community manager who’s ran large hacker houses/communities (I know a few folks who fit this description)
